I am highly disappointed with the pricing at this location. My vehicle was undriveable, and I felt forced to approve the repairs due to the situation.Since the repair, I have shopped the exact same parts and labor with other local auto repair shops. This business charged me three times the average market rate for the replacement of a serpentine belt. I attempted to resolve this issue constructively by emailing their corporate office on two separate occasions. I never received a response. I highly recommend getting a second opinion or a tow to a different shop before committing to any major repairs here.

I took my Honda CR-V 2018 in for new tires, alignment, and suspension front and back. Service was fast and done professionally. Kevin S. explained everything. I took the service guarantee for extra piece of mind. I highly recommend this Car X for any needed car repairs and service.

I did an oil change for my car recently. Kevin was great and super helpful. They did an overall check of my car's current condition to see if there are any issues with it. A thorough, detailed explanation with pictures of what needed to be done was provided along with color coded priority that needed immediate attention. This was super helpful for me to have an overview of what needed to be done and what needs attention right now. Thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend to take your car to CarX. You will be in good hands.

I noticed the 'low tire pressure' light came on my dashboard and pulled into this Car-X location. They checked and fixed the issue right away, and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me for it! The staff was incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for future services. Thank you so much!

Service was great, was able to schedule an appointment next day. Although my vehicle needed a lot of work done, Rob explained everything in a way I can understand and reasons for performing the recommended services. I’ve had services done here with previous vehicles and came out without issues then and now. I will continue to bring my vehicles here as they are all courteous and respectful, not at all pushy.
